We begin with lab-tested pure copper sheets, which are precisely cut and prepared for shaping.
Hydraulic Pressing: Copper sheets are shaped under intense pressure using hydraulic presses.
Die Sets: Custom die sets define the preliminary shape of the bottles.
Molding: The semi-formed metal is placed in molds for final shaping.
Heating: The copper is heated while in molds to enhance its flexibility.
Pressing: Firm pressure within the mold gives the bottle its final structure.
Cooling: Bottles are then cooled to retain their shape and strength.
Trimming: Rough edges are trimmed, and the bottle neck is refined.
Polishing: Bottles are hand-polished for a smooth, lustrous finish.
Quality Control: Each bottle is inspected rigorously to ensure it meets our certified quality benchmarks.
A protective sealant is applied to maintain the shine and prevent tarnishing.
Bottles are fitted with matching lids and undergo one last quality check before being securely packaged.
